SUMMARY

The rebellious director of independent American cinema, Jim Jarmusch’s groundbreaking opening film at the 72nd Cannes Film Festival, The Dead Don’t Die, tells the tragicomic story of a zombie invasion in the peaceful town of Centerville. The films star studded cast  (Bill Murray, Adam Driver, Tilda Swinton, Steve Buscemi, Iggy Pop and Tom Waits) is of a criticism towards the zombie-like consumption patterns of today’s people.
