"A continuing story in which you go deeper and deeper into a world and you get lost … It's like a body with no head." David Lynch (Director)

Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me

SUMMARY

For its 25th anniversary, Fire Walk With Me has been digitally restored on 4K, and it's still creepy as hell!

Booed at its premiere at Cannes in 1992, the film is an unusual (even by Lynch's standards) and postmodern follow-up to the beloved 80s cult TV show. Revolving around the investigation into the murder of Teresa Banks and the last seven days in the life of Laura Palmer, Fire Walk With Me aims to shed light on two connected murders that were the central mysteries of the television series. The film's convoluted narrative and nightmarish vision segue into Agent Dale Cooper's fate in the series finale. With most of the cast from the show returning for the film, Fire Walk With Me never feels like a prequel – as it is often called -- and more like a departure into darker mysteries that only Lynch could achieve. For its 25th anniversary, Fire Walk With Me has been digitally restored on 4K, and it's still creepy as hell!
